Job Summary
We are seeking an accomplished, strategic, and results-oriented Marketing Head to spearhead our marketing function and strengthen brand positioning, lead generation, and customer engagement across our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in real estate marketing, strong analytical capabilities, and a demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated marketing strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate closely with sales, business development, and product teams to ensure cross-functional alignment.
- Oversee the marketing budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Brand & Communication
- Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- Direct corporate communications, media relations, and brand-building initiatives.
- Drive impactful storytelling and content strategies to enhance brand recall and market visibility.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and continuously optimize for higher lead conversions and ROI.
- Leverage SEO, SEM, CRM, and marketing automation tools to enhance campaign results.
Lead Generation & CRM
- Design and implement high-impact lead generation campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Enhance CRM adoption to improve lead nurturing, customer tracking, and conversion efficiency.
- Partner with sales teams to enhance lead quality, funnel management, and handover processes.
Market Research & Insights
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer preferences.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and in-depth market intelligence studies to support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare feasibility reports on various market and competitor trends to guide planning and investments.
- Use data-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and campaign performance.
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute large-scale events including property launches, exhibitions, and real estate expos.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brokers, agencies, media houses, and influential stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA from a reputed institute such as IIM is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the real estate sector.
- Strong expertise in property marketing, digital ecosystems, and consumer behavior.
- Proven experience in managing significant marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.

Compensation
Competitive compensation package with performance-linked incentives.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
