Head of Marketing - Real Estate (Russian speaking)

Mighthouse Realty is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead and grow our marketing department. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English and have strong experience in the UAE real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen Mighthouse Realty’s brand
• Lead digital marketing, social media, PR, and offline campaigns
• Drive lead generation and support sales targets through performance marketing
• Manage property launches, events, and promotional activities
• Oversee CRM, marketing funnels, and customer acquisition strategies
• Manage marketing budgets, agencies, and in-house team
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (mandatory)
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Dubai real estate
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
