Juber LLC is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Head of Marketing & Regional Account Manager to lead business development efforts throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburban markets.
This role is focused on building and maintaining strategic relationships with:
* Nursing Homes
* Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
* Rehabilitation Centers
* Dialysis Centers
* Behavioral Health Facilities
* Hospitals and Case Management Teams
The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, organized, and comfortable conducting both cold outreach and warm lead follow-up while maintaining long-term facility relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Marketing
* Generate new referral partnerships through cold calling, in-person visits, networking, and community outreach
* Develop relationships with administrators, social workers, discharge planners, transportation coordinators, and dialysis staff
* Present Juber’s transportation coordination services and capabilities to healthcare facilities
* Identify opportunities for growth within assigned territories
* Attend networking events, healthcare expos, and industry meetings
Account Management
* Maintain weekly contact and relationship management with active facility accounts
* Conduct recurring facility visits and service reviews
* Resolve service concerns quickly and professionally
* Coordinate internally with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service quality
* Track referral activity, account performance, and follow-up schedules
Regional Oversight
* Manage and grow accounts throughout Chicago and surrounding suburbs
* Maintain territory organization and routing for efficient travel and account coverage
* Provide weekly reporting on sales activity, pipeline development, and account status
Qualifications
* Previous healthcare marketing, transportation, dialysis, SNF, hospice, or medical sales experience preferred
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-starter with ability to work independently
* Professional appearance and demeanor
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Comfortable with in-person visits and outside sales activity
* Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace preferred
Preferred Experience
* Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT)
* Dialysis transportation coordination
* Skilled nursing facility relationships
* Healthcare discharge planning
* Medicaid transportation knowledge
* Community outreach and referral development
Performance Expectations
* Develop and maintain active regional referral relationships
* Meet monthly growth and account retention goals
* Conduct weekly facility maintenance visits
* Increase transportation volume and regional market presence
* Represent the company professionally within the healthcare community
