Role Overview
The Head of Marketing will lead all marketing initiatives for Advanced Asset Management’s property management division. This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate the company’s profile in the real estate sector, attract and retain tenants, and drive growth across residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute marketing plans to maximize occupancy rates and tenant retention.
- Portfolio Branding: Position the company’s managed properties as premium, reliable, and community-focused assets.
- Tenant Engagement: Create campaigns and communication strategies to strengthen tenant relationships and satisfaction.
- Digital Real Estate Marketing: Oversee online listings, SEO, social media, and virtual tours to enhance visibility.
- Market Research: Analyze property trends, rental demand, and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions.
- Community Outreach: Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance property value and tenant experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Track KPIs such as occupancy rates, tenant satisfaction scores, and campaign ROI.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, property management, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of tenant acquisition, leasing processes, and property branding.
- Expertise in digital property marketing including CRM systems, listing platforms, and analytics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
