Head of MEP Division / Senior MEP Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished Head of MEP Division / Senior MEP Manager to lead and oversee large-scale MEP operations across landmark projects in the UAE. This is a senior leadership role suited for a strategic professional with extensive experience delivering complex, high-value developments while managing multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving technical excellence, operational efficiency, and project success across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and expand the MEP division across multiple large-scale projects
• Oversee end-to-end MEP design coordination, construction, commissioning, and handover
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and quality standards
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and authorities to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide strategic leadership, mentoring, and performance management for senior MEP teams
• Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Drive value engineering initiatives and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with UAE codes, international standards, and health & safety regulations
• Support business growth by contributing to tenders, proposals, and strategic planning

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent (mandatory)
• 30+ years of proven experience in MEP construction and project management within the UAE
• Extensive experience delivering landmark projects valued between AED 500 million to AED 4 billion, including:
• Airports
• Mega malls
• High-rise towers
• Hospitality developments
• Mixed-use projects
• Data centers and industrial facilities
• Strong track record of working with top-tier consultants, contractors, and major clients in the UAE
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, project controls, contracts, and local authority approvals
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Pay: AED45,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
