Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute merchandising strategy across product categories
• Manage product assortment, pricing strategy, and inventory planning
• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with local and international suppliers
• Analyze sales trends and customer demand to optimize product mix
• Collaborate with design, procurement, and operations teams
• Ensure strong alignment between merchandising and business growth goals
• Monitor market trends in furniture, interiors, and fit-out industries
• Drive profitability through effective category management

Requirements

• Proven experience in merchandising, category management, or retail buying
• Background in furniture, interiors, retail, or fit-out industry preferred
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Analytical mindset with experience in sales and inventory analysis
• Leadership experience managing merchandising or product teams
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment
