Head of Motor Operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to join our organization and drive the strategic growth and operational excellence of our Motor Insurance portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Motor Insurance department, ensuring profitability, growth, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and enhance product performance.
• Oversee underwriting, claims coordination, policy administration, and compliance with UAE insurance regulations.
• Build, mentor, and motivate a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to drive informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, insurers, and key partners to strengthen relationships and business outcomes.
• Leverage digital tools and marketing channels to enhance customer engagement and acquisition.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience , with at least 4-5 years in a managerial or leadership role .
• Master’s Degree , along with FIII or ACII professional qualifications.
• Proven, hands‑on experience within the Motor Insurance department .
• Extensive experience in the UAE Insurance industry , preferably with an Insurance Broker .
• Strong leadership, people management, and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in digital marketing tools and data‑driven strategies.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• A creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to deliver measurable results.
