Job Overview
The Head of National Franchise – Solar will lead, manage, and expand Royal Solar Energy’s franchise network across the country. This senior leadership role requires strong operational expertise, business development skills, and strategic oversight to ensure franchise success and alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Franchise Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of all franchise partners, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Business Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to grow market presence.
- Training & Support: Provide operational training, guidance, and continuous support to franchisees to enhance performance.
- Performance Monitoring: Track franchise performance metrics, sales, and profitability; implement corrective actions as needed.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners to foster collaboration and satisfaction.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all franchises comply with regulatory requirements, brand standards, and quality benchmarks.
- Strategy Execution: Collaborate with senior management to implement strategic initiatives for network growth and operational excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in franchise operations, preferably in renewable energy, retail, or service industries.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage multi-location operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently to support franchisees.
