Position: Head of Operations & Sales – Easy Sell Buy Car

About Us:
Easy Sell Buy Car is a fast-growing startup in Qatar, specializing in buying and selling vehicles. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our operations, sales, and marketing, while building the team and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales department, including car sales and sourcing.
• Develop and execute a clear sales strategy for buying and selling vehicles efficiently.
• Manage marketing efforts to promote cars across all channels.
• Hire, train, and manage the sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Set targets, KPIs, and ensure the team meets goals.
• Report directly to the founder and provide insights for business growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive sales and sales management.
• Proven ability to create and implement sales strategies.
• Experience managing marketing and sales operations is a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a startup environment.
• Must currently reside in Qatar, have NOC, and be ready to join immediately.
