Head of Operations

In this key leadership role, you will:

• Oversee and optimize production, quality, R&D, and HSE operations,
• Drive operational excellence with a strong financial perspective,
• Bring innovative ideas and fresh approaches to existing processes,
• Lead new strategic projects that will shape the company’s future growth,

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage production, quality, R&D, and occupational health & safety functions in line with company procedures, ensuring efficiency and consistency, while carrying out continuous improvement activities.
• Plan in accordance with budgets, projections, and demands; monitor implementation processes; compare production results with targets, identify deviations, and take necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure the effective and efficient use of resources, infrastructure, and maintenance-repair activities; coordinate materials, energy, machinery, equipment, and human resources.
• Implement quality assurance and food safety system procedures; ensure that products are manufactured in compliance with quality standards and legal requirements; manage customer satisfaction processes; contribute to R&D and investment projects.
• Prepare, update, and present facility-related reports to senior management; participate in investment and budgeting studies; evaluate reports from other departments and take necessary actions.
• Ensure that all departments under supervision work in harmony with other units; encourage collaboration; monitor subordinates’ performance, provide feedback, and exercise leadership.
• Manage relations with internal and external institutions, organizations, suppliers, customers, and business partners; engage in activities to enhance team motivation.
• Comply with occupational health and safety measures, identify and correct nonconformities, inform occupational safety specialists and responsible parties, take necessary precautions, and make recommendations.
• Act in compliance with relevant legislation (Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Law on the Protection of Competition, Personal Data Protection Law, etc.), secondary regulations, company procedures, and policies; guide employees accordingly; represent the company within the limits of authority.
