Job Summary
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead and scale our end-to-end payment operations. This role manages settlement, reconciliation, onboarding, card operations, dispute handling, and overall payment system performance. You will ensure operational excellence, compliance, and smooth execution across all processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize payment operations in line with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage multi-currency flows, liquidity optimization, and FX exposure.
- Ensure seamless coordination between product, finance, compliance, and engineering teams.
- Oversee client money accounts, daily reconciliations, and third-party operational relationships.
- Implement and monitor operational risk frameworks.
- Drive operational strategies that support company goals and scale.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and operational innovation.
- Engage with customers and suppliers to resolve payment issues proactively.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in payment operations, FX, settlements, and reconciliations.
- Background in fintech, banking, or payments with hands-on operational leadership.
- Understanding of global best practices in payment systems.
- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills.
- Analytical mindset with a bias for action and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
