Atlas Academy Early Education – Riyadh (with GCC expansion)
Atlas Academy Early Education is launching its first flagship location in Riyadh, with an ambitious vision to expand across the GCC. We are building a premium, future-focused early years education brand that combines operational excellence with outstanding educational outcomes.
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and driven Head of Operations & Education to join us at this critical stage. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will lead the launch of our first site and drive the expansion, setup, and ongoing success of multiple locations across the region.
This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for both operations and education across all Atlas Academy locations.
The successful candidate will:
- Launch and stabilize the Riyadh flagship
- Build the systems, teams, and standards for scale
- Lead expansion into new locations across the GCC
- Support and oversee Nursery & Kindergarten Managers across all sites
This is a hands-on, build-and-scale role suited to someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the launch and expansion of Atlas Academy across Riyadh and the GCC
- Oversee operations and education across all locations, ensuring consistent excellence
- Support and manage Nursery & Kindergarten Managers to drive performance and quality
- Develop scalable systems, processes, and standards for multi-site growth
- Lead recruitment, team building, and staff development across locations
- Oversee new site setup including licensing, staffing, and operational readiness
- Ensure delivery of a high-quality early years curriculum aligned with best practices
- Partner closely with the CEO on strategy, expansion, and new initiatives
- Maintain exceptional parent experience and brand standards across all sites
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field
- 3+ years’ experience in early education multi-site management/ leadership role, or multi-site education operations
- Proven experience supporting or leading multiple locations or scaling an education business
- Experience launching new schools/nurseries or expanding operations is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of early years curricula (IB, Inquiry-Based Learning, Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop site-level leaders
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-growth environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in the GCC or international education sector is a plus
