Head of Operations - ELV

About the role:

The Head of Operations will lead and oversee all operational activities across India for ELV projects. This role involves managing large teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects, while maintaining high-quality standards and profitability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 100+ personnel across multiple locations in India.
• Oversee the execution of ELV projects including security systems, access control, CCTV, fire alarms, and related technologies.
• Handle 100+ clients, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate the engineering team (15–20 engineers) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to improve efficiency and project outcomes.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to achieve operational targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status, client satisfaction and team performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in ELV, construction, or
• infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in handling large teams and managing multi-location operations.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Travel flexibility across India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹19,650.21 - ₹90,578.20 per month
