Head Of Operations (F&B)

Brief Job Role:

The Head of Operations will lead all restaurants operations across multiple outlets. The role requires balancing guest experience, team leadership, food quality, and profitability, ensuring smooth coordination between FOH and BOH teams and reports to CEO.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurant/express outlets (FOH & BOH).

· Ensure seamless guest experiences, from service standards to food presentation.

· Implement and monitor SOPs, policies, and brand standards across all units.

· Drive operational efficiency while controlling costs and maximising profitability.

· Lead and support restaurant managers, supervisors, and service teams.

· Ensure excellent customer service, guest engagement, and complaint resolution.

· Monitor staff grooming, service protocols, seating management, and ambiance.

· Train FOH staff on up-selling, guest interaction, and brand experience delivery.

· Supervise kitchen operations to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.

· Oversee menu execution, food preparation, hygiene, and food safety compliance.

· Collaborate with chefs on menu innovation, seasonal offerings, and quality control.

· Develop and Monitor KPIs (sales, labor cost, food cost, guest satisfaction, etc.).

· Prepare operational and financial reports for senior management.

· Support new restaurant openings, expansions, and re-branding projects.

· Work closely with Marketing, Finance & Supply chain to align promotions and cost efficiencies.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.

· 10-12 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 5 years in managing multiple branches. Preference will be given to the profile handling Fine Dining setup. Proven multi-unit management experience of Fine dine/Casual dining.

· Strong leadership, team building, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of food safety regulations, health & safety compliance.
