Head of Operations – International Real Estate Investment Firm

Ipek & Partners Real Estate is an international investment advisory firm based in Dubai.

We advise global investors on strategic real estate acquisitions in the UAE, with a strong focus on Europe, the UK, Asia, and international high-net-worth individuals.

As we scale from 15 to 50 professionals, we are building a structured, process-driven organization.

To support this transformation, we are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to build and lead our operational infrastructure.

Role Overview

The Head of Operations is responsible for building, optimizing, and overseeing all operational processes across the company.

This role ensures that sales, marketing, finance, after-sales, and client services run efficiently, professionally, and at scale.

You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Sales Director and leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement operational systems and processes
• Oversee after-sales, transaction coordination, and client services
• Ensure CRM accuracy and operational discipline
• Manage internal workflows across departments
• Improve efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
• Monitor operational KPIs
• Support budgeting and cost control
• Build scalable structures to support company growth

Areas of Responsibility

• Transaction management (reservation to transfer)
• After-sales and client service excellence
• Internal reporting systems
• Process documentation and SOP implementation
• Cross-department coordination
• Compliance and administrative oversight

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations management
• Experience in real estate, finance, or service-driven industries preferred
• Strong process-oriented mindset
• Experience managing teams and building systems
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Strong leadership presence
• Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
