Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Operations & Marketing to lead both our service delivery and market expansion. You will be the bridge between services, technical excellence and commercial growth, ensuring our technical and soft services are world-class while driving the brand to win high-value contracts.

Core Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence

· Service Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day operations of hard and soft FM services across a diverse portfolio (e.g., HVAC, cleaning, security, and waste management).

· Compliance & Quality: Ensure all sites adhere to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and statutory regulations.

· Technology Integration: Leverage systems to track maintenance schedules and optimize resource allocation.

2. Marketing & Growth

· Market Positioning: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness in the FM sector.

· Tender Management: Lead the end-to-end bidding process, from initial business opportunities identification to technical proposal submission and final negotiation.

· Client Acquisition: Build and maintain high-level relationships with developers, property owners, and corporate clients to secure long-term contracts.

3. Financial & Strategic Leadership

· Profitability: Manage operational and marketing budgets, ensuring high contract profitability and cost-efficiency.

· Performance Metrics: Report regularly to the CEO/Board on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as operational excellence, client retention, market growth and revenue growth.

Candidate Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in FM, with a proven track record in both operational management and business development.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering , Business Administration, or Facilities Management.

· Skills: Strong understanding of technical building systems (HVAC, BMS, Fire Safety) paired with advanced negotiation and sales skills.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
