Position: Head of Operations
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Reporting To: Managing Director
Business Scale: ₹600+ crore turnover | 300+ pharmacy outlets

Role Overview

The Head of Operations will lead 300+ pharmacy outlets across West Bengal, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and sustainable growth. The role requires a strategic leader with expertise in large-scale retail operations, compliance, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across outlets, ensuring SOP compliance and service quality.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Manage supply chain, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Strengthen customer experience and implement digital initiatives.
• Mentor regional/zonal managers and build a performance-driven workforce.

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate in Management.
• 12–18 years in retail/pharmacy/FMCG operations, with multi-store leadership (200+ outlets preferred).
• Strong knowledge of compliance, supply chain, and customer service.
• Exposure to digital transformation in retail is an advantage.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
