Head of Operations – PWL (Project Role)

Responsibilities:

• Lead planning and execution for all operational verticals of the Pro Wrestling League.
• Oversee venue operations, match operations, logistics, hospitality, security, medical, accreditation, broadcast & media coordination.
• Create operational workflows, timelines, and day-by-day execution plans.
• Manage cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and track progress.
• Conduct venue inspections, readiness checks, and ensure all areas meet sports event standards.
• Work closely with league management, team managers, vendors, officials, and stakeholders.
• Handle risk management, crisis handling, and ensure safety protocols.
• Review post-match reports and ensure improvements.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years leading sports/event operations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving & multi-tasking in high-pressure environments.
