Head of Operations & Service Delivery

Our partner is seeking a skilled professional to lead and integrate the Infrastructure & Security and Service Delivery teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of IT systems while providing exceptional end-user support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and management of resources for the Operations & Service Delivery functions
• Oversee the management, maintenance, and evolution of the company's IT infrastructure, including network, systems, storage, cloud environments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across different business units

Experience:

• 10 years' experience in IT operations and service delivery
• 5 years in a senior leadership role managing infrastructure and support functions.
• Experience managing outsourced services
• Experience in implementing and managing IT services according to ITSM/ITIL frameworks
