Head of Operations(EX Defense Preferred)

We are a leading Manufacturer of a high-quality range of Transformer HV Coil Winding Machines, LV Winding Machines, Stator Winding Machines, Strip Winding Machines, etc. These products are admired for their high performance, optimum functionality and perfectly designed.. We work for 6 days of week candidates

• Production Management: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies to optimize productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, mentor, and manage production staff and operational teams (technicians, supervisors).
• Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict quality control (ISO, etc.) and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage operational budgets, allocate resources, and ensure effective inventory/supply chain coordination.
• Reporting: Track KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Candidate should have 5+ years experience in SPM Manufacturing, should have experience of 20+ years experience in Mechanical Industry, should have experience of General Manager/Head Operations with a minimum experience of 5-10 years

Typical Requirements

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, ERP/MRP systems, and quality management (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Qualification :- BE/B Tech/M Tech in Mechanical Engineering
• Candidates from Ex Defense with a qualification of BE Mech and Experience of 5-10 Years as Manager in Mechanical Industry

• Salary as per Industry Standards
