We are launching a premium property management company in Dubai and are looking for a polished, confident and highly organised Head of Owner Experience & Operations.
This is a front-facing leadership role for someone who can manage landlord relationships, oversee operations, deliver a premium owner experience and confidently represent the brand across social media and video content.
Responsibilities
- Handle landlord and owner enquiries, onboarding and follow-ups
- Manage owner communication and service experience
- Supervise property executives, admin and maintenance coordination
- Ensure CRM updates, documentation and follow-ups are completed
- Support lead conversion from calls, WhatsApp and digital campaigns
- Appear in company reels, educational videos and social media campaigns regularly
- Work closely with marketing to create landlord-focused content
- Represent the brand professionally both online and offline
- Maintain a premium, organised and high-trust client experience
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong client-facing personality and communication skills
- Confident and professional on camera
- Comfortable creating frequent short-form video content and reels
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Experience in real estate, property management, luxury hospitality, aviation, developer customer care or premium client service preferred
- Hindi/Urdu is an advantage
- Arabic is a plus
- Presentable, calm, polished and trustworthy
