The HR Associate is responsible for supporting our Personnel, Training & Development, and Talent Acquisition teams in a wide variety of areas, including staffing and onboarding, compensation and benefits, employee engagement, training and development, labor laws and regulatory requirements, policy and procedure, HRIS support, and employee relations. This position will report to the Director of HR. Successful HR Associate candidates will have exceptional people skills, be highly collaborative, and excel in a team-based environment.
