Head of People & Culture

Job Title: Head of People & Culture
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7, Islamabad
Experience: 6 to 8+ years of professional experience

About the Company:

Stixor Technologies is an AI and technology consultancy delivering enterprise AI products, digital transformation, and infrastructure solutions across Pakistan and the MENA region. We work with enterprise clients across telecoms, energy, fintech, legal tech, and government.

About the Role:

We are looking for someone who can take full ownership of the people function at Stixor. Not just manage HR operations, but help shape how the company grows. This is not a routine HR role focused on maintaining paperwork and processes. We need someone experienced enough to build structure where needed, introduce clarity during growth, and act as a strong operational partner to leadership.

As a company working with large enterprises across AI, software, and emerging technologies, the expectations from our teams go far beyond technical delivery. Professionalism, accountability, communication standards, ownership, and operational maturity all directly influence how clients perceive us. A major part of this role is ensuring our internal culture evolves alongside the kind of organizations we work with. We need someone who can help build a workplace culture that remains entrepreneurial and ambitious, while also being disciplined, reliable, and enterprise ready.

You will be responsible for strengthening internal processes, improving organizational alignment, building scalable HR systems, and ensuring we continue attracting people who align with both our culture and the level of clientele we serve. The ideal candidate is someone who understands the realities of fast growing companies where priorities shift quickly, teams evolve constantly, and people management requires both empathy and decisiveness. You should be comfortable taking the reins of the HR function independently, driving initiatives without constant direction, and creating systems that support both business performance and employee wellbeing.

  • Partner closely with leadership on strategic people decisions, organizational alignment, and team scaling
  • Build initiatives that improve employee engagement, collaboration, retention, and overall organizational health
  • Introduce programs that support leadership development, professional growth, and long term employee development
  • Identify cultural or organizational gaps proactively and implement practical solutions before they impact performance or delivery
  • Help create an environment where teams operate with ownership, professionalism, and strong execution standards

5. Payroll, Compliance & HR Operations

  • Oversee payroll operations end to end, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Coordinate closely with Finance on salary processing, tax compliance, benefits administration, reimbursements, and statutory requirements
