We are on a mission to enable humans to build infrastructure on Earth and beyond
– augmenting human capabilities by empowering technical & non-technical teams to
design, predict costs, and simulate construction projects with unprecedented speed.
As we scale rapidly across the USA, India, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, we are hiring
a high-agency HR Recruiter who will own sourcing, interviewing, candidate
experience, HR operations, and early people-ops processes. This is a core role that
directly shapes the quality, culture, and velocity of Augrade’s global teams.
You will work closely with the Founder & leadership to build a world-class team across
engineering, design, sales, and operations. If you enjoy building teams from scratch, moving quickly, tackling uncertainty, and taking full ownership of your work, you’ll excel here.
What you'll do:
- Own the entire talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to closing candidates for highly technical and niche roles across global offices.
- Take ownership of building and systemizing our HR and People Operations processes, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline to support rapid scaling.
- Manage relationships with local and international recruiting partners to ensure a consistent and high-quality talent flow.
- Lead the setup and operational management of new offices in various regions, ensuring a positive environment for our team.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and enhance our company culture as we expand internationally.
