It also involves managing artistic activities and school productions, while fostering an inspiring learning environment that combines creativity with academic excellence. Duties & responsibilities Lead and develop the performing arts curriculum (Drama, Music, Performing Arts) Oversee teaching quality and support the development of the teaching team Monitor student performance using data and work on improving outcomes Manage theatre productions, artistic activities, and music ensembles Organize artistic events and encourage student participation Contribute to school development plans and educational strategy Bachelor's degree + teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) Experience teaching performing arts within the British curriculum At least 3 years of leadership experience (team management) Strong knowledge of curricula (GCSE / A-Level) Excellent leadership and communication skills
