Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of Planning – Supply Chain at Limitless Naturals. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain by driving demand planning to ensure zero out of stock, secure demand for opportunities and manage risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in demand planning and supply chain management and exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Demand and Supply Planning

• Lead demand forecasting and planning activities to ensure inventory optimization.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, sales patterns, and historical data to improve forecasting accuracy.

Strategic Planning and Leadership

• Design and implement supply chain strategies to align with organizational goals.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing planning and procurement team.
• Identify and mitigate risks in supply chain operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, , Business Administration, or a related field.

A master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, purchasing, and logistics.
• Proven experience in managing procurement and ensuring timely material availability for production.
• Familiarity with customs clearance processes and pharmaceutical industry standards is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English.
