Procurement & Contract Management

  • Lead strategic sourcing, vendor prequalification, and bid evaluation.
  • Negotiate subcontractor and supplier agreements.
  • Ensure contractual compliance and commercial risk mitigation.
  • Optimize procurement costs without compromising quality standards.

Logistics & Supply Chain Oversight

  • Manage shipment coordination, customs documentation, and material tracking.
  • Oversee warehousing, inventory control, and transportation scheduling.
  • Mitigate supply chain risks affecting U.S. project delivery.

Site Operations Leadership

  • Provide strategic oversight of construction execution activities.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and enforce productivity standards.
  • Ensure safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Executive Communication & Reporting

  • Deliver structured performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Prepare high-level presentations and dashboards.
  • Maintain exceptional written and verbal English communication across international stakeholders.

Risk & Performance Management

  • Identify operational, financial, and scheduling risks proactively.
  • Lead mitigation planning to protect margins and delivery commitments.
  • Strengthen audit readiness and governance compliance.

Required Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
PMP certification strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Demonstrated exposure to U.S. construction projects (preferred).
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.

  • Experience managing multi-project construction portfolios is highly desirable.

Core Competencies
