Head of Processing

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Processing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:- 8–12 years of relevant experience in textile processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end fabric processing operations with all associated mills.
• Coordinate with mills regarding dyeing, printing, washing, finishing, and fabric treatment processes.
• Ensure timely processing and delivery of fabric as per production plans and deadlines.
• Monitor fabric quality standards and ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with processing mills and vendors.
• Analyze production reports, processing performance, and operational efficiency.
• Resolve processing-related issues including shade variation, fabric defects, delays, and quality concerns.
• Ensure cost-effective processing while maintaining required quality standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Merchandising, and Supply Chain departments.
• Monitor daily processing status and provide regular updates to management.
• Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards at all mills.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
