Job Advertisement: Head of Procurement Department – Architectural

Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor’s degree.
• Work Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in construction and engineering projects.
• Specialized Experience: Minimum of 5 years in material procurement, quality control of materials, and site inspection.
• Project Background: Previous experience working on at least one major project involving high-rise buildings, malls, cinemas, or large administrative buildings.
• Skills:
• Strong proficiency in computer use and documentation.
• Ability to prepare procurement reports, evaluate suppliers, and manage material purchasing processes efficiently.
• Solid understanding of architectural materials and finishing requirements.
