Head of Procurement – Signage Displays

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Procurement – Signage Displays to lead procurement operations for signage, branding, display systems, retail fit-outs, and visual merchandising projects in Dubai and GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, cost optimization, and project-based procurement within the signage and display industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities for signage displays, fabrication materials, LED systems, acrylics, metal works, printing materials, and fit-out components.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and project timelines.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to achieve the best commercial terms.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, manufacturers, and subcontractors across UAE, GCC, India, China, and other sourcing markets.
• Manage RFQs, quotations, comparative analysis, purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials for ongoing projects and installations.
• Coordinate closely with design, production, operations, finance, and project management teams.
• Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Ensure compliance with UAE procurement regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Oversee logistics, shipping coordination, customs clearance, and inventory planning.
• Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and innovative materials within the signage and display industry.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations and maintain procurement KPI reports.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in signage, display systems, retail fit-outs, or branding industries in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of signage fabrication materials, digital displays, LED solutions, and production processes.
• Proven expertise in vendor negotiations, contract management, and procurement planning.
• Excellent supplier network across UAE and international sourcing markets.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and procurement reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience handling large-scale retail, hospitality, exhibitions, and corporate branding projects.
• Knowledge of GCC import/export procedures and logistics coordination.
• Strong analytical and commercial negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
