Our client, a rapidly growing organization specializing in enterprise SaaS and ERP solutions, is seeking a Head of Product to define and execute the product vision while scaling a high-performing team. This is a strategic leadership role for an experienced product professional with proven expertise in enterprise-grade applications.
Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise SaaS and ERP solutions.

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of product managers.

Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Translate business needs and market opportunities into scalable enterprise-grade products.

Partner with leadership to define KPIs, performance metrics, and success criteria.

Drive execution in a fast-paced startup environment, ensuring speed without compromising quality.

Implement agile product management processes using Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, and Figma.

Stay ahead of industry trends, particularly Web3, AI, and ML, and integrate them into the product strategy where relevant.
Requirements

14–15 years of product management experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

Proven track record in building and scaling B2B SaaS or ERP enterprise applications (not B2C).

Strong understanding of Web3, AI, and ML technologies from a product management perspective.

Hands-on experience with contact center solutions (cloud-based or enterprise-scale).

Experience working in startups or fast-scaling environments.

Deep expertise in product lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.

Proficiency in product management tools: Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma.

Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
