Head of Product

Mr Mandoob , one of the fastest-growing on-demand delivery platforms in the Kingdom, is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the next phase of innovation across our super-app ecosystem.

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused leader with deep experience in building high-impact digital products — preferably within delivery, logistics, e-commerce, or marketplace environments.

🔍 About the Role

As a Head of Product , you will own the full product lifecycle — from strategy and research to delivery and optimization. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Design, Data, Marketing, and key business stakeholders to define product vision, improve customer journeys, and deliver features that drive growth, efficiency, and user satisfaction across our marketplace, courier operations, and merchant ecosystem.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and KPIs for core platform features.
• Lead discovery, validation, and end-to-end delivery of new product initiatives.
• Manage and enhance user journeys across customers, couriers, and merchants.
• Analyze data, market trends, and user behavior to make informed decisions.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute A/B testing and continuous product optimization.
• Improve operational performance metrics, including acceptance rate, cancellations, delivery time, and order success.
• Partner with Operations and Business Development to integrate new merchant and service partnerships.
• Mentor junior PMs and contribute to building product culture within the organization.

🧩 Required Qualifications

• Saudi National .
• 8+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven track record launching and scaling digital products in:

On-demand delivery

E-commerce

Logistics

Mobility

Marketplace platforms

• Strong analytical skills with experience using: SQL, GA4, Firebase, and BI tools.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and experience working closely with designers.
• Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and managing backlogs.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of the Saudi market and user behaviors.

• Strong product sense and ability to think from first principles.
• Familiarity with courier operations, pricing models, procurement flow, and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to build dashboards and interpret product/ops metrics.
