Role Overview
The Head of Product – Website will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle of the corporate and trading websites, ensuring they are user-centric, conversion-optimized, compliant, and scalable. This is a senior leadership role working closely with Marketing, Engineering, Compliance, and Executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities

Own the website product vision and roadmap, aligning business objectives, user needs, and growth targets

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous optimization

Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO performance, and user engagement across global markets

Partner closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, Compliance, and Content teams to deliver high-quality releases

Translate commercial and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories

Use data, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions and measure impact

Ensure website scalability, performance, security, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions

Manage and mentor product managers, designers, and external vendors where applicable

Act as the primary product owner and stakeholder for all website-related initiatives
Requirements

8+ years of experience in Product Management, with strong ownership of large-scale websites or digital platforms

Proven experience in financial services, fintech, trading, or regulated digital environments

Strong understanding of UX, CRO, SEO, analytics, and performance optimization

Experience working closely with engineering teams in agile product environments

Ability to balance commercial priorities with regulatory and compliance constraints

Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using analytics and experimentation tools

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience leading and scaling product teams is highly preferred
