Head of Production (Egypt)

Our client, a leading textile manufaturer operating in Egypt, is looking for a Head of Production who will report to the General Manager. The position is based in Egypt.

Role Profile

• Lead end-to-end production in Egypt
• Ensure operational excellence, efficiency, and quality standards across production facilities
• Build and manage high-performing local teams; foster strong leadership culture
• Manage government, commercial, and external stakeholder relationships
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations, and safety standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related discipline
• 15+ years of leadership experience in production in FMCG, textile, footwear
• Proven track record in factory operations
• Experience working in emerging markets and multicultural environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Arabic and Turkish
• Willingness to be based in Egypt full-time
