Head of Production - Stitching Warehouse

Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

Experience:- Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in garment stitching operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Job Description:-

• Lead and supervise overall stitching operations from cutting to final packing.
• Develop and implement effective production plans to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production SOPs.
• Monitor manpower productivity and control wastage.
• Coordinate closely with planning, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best industry practices.
• Lead, train, and motivate stitching teams to achieve performance excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs400,000.00 - Rs500,000.00 per month
