Head of Quality Assurance

Job Summary

An experienced QA/QC professional who will oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for real estate development projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies. Lead a team of QA/QC professionals to monitor and improve construction quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities

Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress and quality. Identify and report defects, deviations, or non-compliances.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve issues. Review and approve construction documents, plans, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Lead and train QA/QC team members.

Manage and maintain quality records and documentation. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies.

Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 20 years of experience in QA/QC roles in real estate or construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.s Professional certifications like ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or CQM

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management, or related field. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
