Head of Quantity Surveying

A Head of Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction field. If you possess the necessary leadership and technical skills, we would love to have you join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the quantity surveying team on construction projects.
• Prepare and estimate costs for various projects.
• Review and analyze engineering drawings and plans.
• Ensure accuracy in estimates, measurements, and required quantities.
• Collaborate with other departments (design, execution) to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering.
• At least 15 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (such as AutoCAD, Excel).
