Head of Real Estate Acquisitions

Company Description

Greyhaven West is a premier real estate investment firm. What we bring to the table is the best white-gloved real estate investment strategy on the planet. We focus on minimizing our client's tax liability so they can focus on maximizing their quality of life.

Role MISSION :  To ensure the CEO never has to choose between finding investors and finding properties. Greyhaven West's revenue is only as stable as the deal flow behind it. When the CEO is forced to alternate between investor development and property acquisition, the business operates on an accordion rhythm that makes consistent, predictable revenue impossible. The Head of Acquisitions breaks this cycle permanently, owning a continuously refreshed, fully underwritten pool of qualified properties so the CEO can focus exclusively on investor relationships, close deals predictably, and scale.
