Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive growth, market expansion, and enhance brand visibility. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies to generate leads, boost sales, and manage key relationships. Your expertise will help shape the future of PakistanProperty.com and elevate our market position in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Growth:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets.
o Drive the overall business development strategy by leveraging market knowledge and relationship-building techniques.
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to meet revenue targets.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion:
o Create and execute lead generation strategies that target key stakeholders, including developers, brokers, investors, and potential clients.
o Collaborate with the sales team to convert generated leads into long-term clients, ensuring successful outcomes.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure repeat business.
3. Strategic Marketing:
o Plan and implement multi-channel marketing strategies, including digital campaigns, social media, SEO, email marketing, and offline activities to drive brand visibility and engagement.
o Collaborate with the creative team to design high-quality marketing collateral and content that aligns with the company’s vision.
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends, monitor competition, and implement adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.
4. Brand Management:
o Enhance the company’s brand presence in both digital and traditional media by ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
o Oversee the development of promotional campaigns to increase the overall brand awareness and lead generation.
o Represent the company at real estate conferences, networking events, and trade shows.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
o Analyze the effectiveness of business development and marketing campaigns through KPIs and sales performance data.
o Prepare regular reports on key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
o Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with the product, operations, and customer support teams to ensure that the business and marketing strategies are aligned with the company’s goals.
o Provide training and support to junior team members and help foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree will be a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in business development and marketing, ideally in real estate or technology sectors.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of the real estate industry and market dynamics.
o Demonstrated ability to lead and execute high-impact business development initiatives.
o Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage high-profile relationships.
o Analytical thinking with the ability to assess data and adjust strategies accordingly.
o Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
o Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of Pakistan’s property market and local industry trends.
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior role within a growth-focused company.
