About the Role:

Doha is rapidly becoming one of the most dynamic luxury real estate markets in the region, and at GreenKey International Properties W.L.L., we bring the same level of precision, ambition, and excellence into everything we build. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial real estate, investment advisory, and brokerage services across Qatar.

We are looking for a Head of Real Estate Sales who can take full ownership of our sales division. This is not just a management role—you will define the sales strategy, shape team performance, and directly influence company growth in one of the most competitive property markets in the GCC.

You will lead a growing team of real estate professionals, work closely with high-net-worth clients, and act as the key driver of revenue performance. You are the person who turns market opportunity into closed deals and long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Leadership:
Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies for luxury residential and commercial property portfolios in Qatar.

Team Leadership & Performance Management:
Lead, mentor, and scale a team of property consultants and brokers to consistently achieve revenue targets.

High-Value Client Management:
Build and maintain relationships with investors, HNW clients, corporate buyers, and international property investors.

Deal Execution:
Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and closing of high-value property transactions.

Business Growth:
Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and investment channels to expand company revenue streams.

Performance Tracking:
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and sales pipelines to ensure consistent target achievement.

Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on Qatar real estate trends, pricing movements, and investment opportunities to guide strategic decisions.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7–10+ years in real estate sales, with strong exposure to luxury or high-value property markets. Previous leadership or team management experience is essential.

Track Record:
Proven ability to close high-value deals and consistently exceed sales targets.

Leadership Skills:
Ability to build, manage, and motivate high-performing sales teams in a competitive environment.

Market Knowledge:
Strong understanding of Qatar or GCC real estate markets is highly preferred.

Communication:
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.

Mindset:
You are commercially driven, performance-focused, and confident in making strategic decisions under pressure.
