Head of Regional Logistics and Supply Chain

We are looking for a Senior Director of Operations and Transformation who will take ownership of large-scale operational strategy across multiple markets. You are not just managing processes; you are redefining how organizations scale efficiently. You will lead cross-functional teams, align business goals with execution, and bridge the gap between strategy and real-world delivery. You are the voice of operational clarity in complex, high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy Ownership:
Define and implement large-scale operational strategies across Oman and Qatar, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals

End to End Execution:
Oversee operations from planning and resource allocation to execution and performance optimization

Leadership and Team Development:
Lead senior managers and cross-functional teams, mentoring future leaders and driving performance excellence

Process Optimization:
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions through automation, system improvements, and process redesign

Data Driven Decision Making:
Utilize analytics and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions and continuous improvement

Stakeholder Management:
Engage with executive leadership, partners, and government entities, presenting clear operational strategies and outcomes

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
10+ years in operations, transformation, or large-scale project management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role

Track Record:
Proven success in managing multi-site or multi-country operations with measurable impact

Technical Exposure:
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, data analytics, and operational technologies

Regional Knowledge:
Experience working within GCC markets is highly preferred

Communication Skills:
Ability to present complex strategies clearly to executive stakeholders and external partners

Mindset:
You are strategic yet practical. You know how to balance long-term transformation with immediate operational needs and execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO3,300.000 - RO3,800.000 per month
