Head of Restaurant Operations (Multi-store)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee the operations of our expanding group of restaurants in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UAE hospitality market, a strong leadership presence, and fluency in English, with a proven track record of managing multiple outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day operations across all restaurant locations in Dubai.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks to ensure high-quality service and profitability.
• Drive revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency across all outlets.
• Collaborate with executive chefs, outlet managers, and support teams to ensure brand standards are maintained consistently.
• Analyze P&L statements and identify areas of improvement for profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and mentor restaurant managers, ensuring strong team leadership and performance development.
• Oversee new store openings, refurbishments, and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, labor, and licensing regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with owners and provide regular performance reports.
• Handle crisis management, customer escalations, and service recovery initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the F&B/hospitality industry in Dubai, with at least 5 years in a senior operational leadership role.
• Proven experience managing multiple restaurant outlets simultaneously.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); benefit Russian/Ukrainian.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai F&B market, trends, labor laws, and licensing procedures.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• High adaptability, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
