Liventra Properties is expanding, and we’re searching for a high-performing Sales Manager / Head of Sales who can lead, inspire, and grow a winning real estate sales team. Role: Head of Sales / Sales Manager (Real Estate)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Package: Competitive Salary + Attractive Commission
Hiring Along With: Your existing sales team

Who We’re Looking For

Real Estate Expertise

  • Strong background in Off-Plan Sales UAE ,and /or

Secondary Market (Rentals / Sales)

  • Deep understanding of the Dubai and UAE property markets
  • Proven ability to deliver strong results in a competitive environment

Leadership & Team Management

  • Experience leading, mentoring, and motivating a sales team
  • Ability to guide agents, improve performance, and hit monthly targets
  • Strong decision-making and people-management skills

Sales & Negotiation Excellence

  • Excellent closing skills
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
  • Experience dealing with HNW and international clients

Mandatory Requirements

  • Must hold UAE valid Visa and Valid UAE Driver’s License
  • 2–3 years of UAE Real Estate experience
  • Demonstrated success in closing sales or rentals
  • Strong CRM skills and familiarity with major property portals
  • Bachelors preferred

As Liventra Properties is a growing startup with strong foundations in the secondary market, our Senior Management is now focused on expanding profitably in both Off-Plan and Secondary Rentals/Sales.

Therefore, we are seeking a Sales Leader who can bring not only experience, but also strategic vision.

All shortlisted candidates will be requested to prepare and present a Strategic Business Plan covering:

  • How to grow the Off-Plan division profitably
  • How to strengthen and scale the Secondary market (Sales & Rentals)
  • Proposed business model and team structure
  • Lead generation and conversion strategies
  • Marketing and developer engagement plans
  • 6–12 month growth roadmap
  • Expected ROI and measurable performance targets

This plan will help the management understand your leadership direction, commercial thinking, and expansion strategy. Candidates will be required to submit and present their plan during the interview meeting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of real estate agents
  • Train, coach, and support agents for Off-Plan or Secondary Market
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Manage relationships with clients and developers
  • Close deals professionally and efficiently
  • Coordinate with marketing and management for strategic growth
  • Attend viewings, developer launches, sales meetings, and events
