As we continue to look for the best and brightest talent to scale our growth, we currently have an amazing opportunity for a Head of Sales for Al Ghurair Motors in UAE. This position operates at a strategic level developing and implementing sales plans and marketing plans, managing key accounts, leading a team of regional sales managers, and ensuring sales targets are met across the country . We seek individuals who are not only experts in their field but also possess a proactive mindset, exceptional collaboration skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work culture.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and collaborate with Dealer Principals and Fleet Managers across all regions.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective sales planning and customer experience initiatives.
  • Manage national vehicle sales operations including inventory planning, stock levels, and order forecasting.
  • Negotiate pricing, subsidies, and terms with manufacturers to strengthen market positioning.
  • Monitor sales performance, CRM data, and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns supporting sales goals.
  • Ensure compliance with financial, regulatory, and operational standards.
  • Optimize additional revenue streams such as finance, insurance, and accessories.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.


Who You Are

  • A senior sales leader with 15+ years of automotive dealership experience , including at least 7 years in a Head of Sales role (or equivalent).
  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Automotive (Master’s preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with proven success in long-term sales planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in sales data, CRM tools, and market trend analysis .
  • Adept at building long-term customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and maximizing profitability.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple regions.
  • Comfortable working under pressure, meeting deadlines, and managing complex operations.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a diverse environment.
