Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our real estate sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through high-performing sales teams.

You will be responsible for setting sales strategy, managing teams, achieving targets, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage sales managers, channel partners, and sales executives
• Drive bookings, revenue, and collections across residential / commercial projects
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Build strong relationships with brokers, investors, and key clients
• Monitor sales performance, MIS reports, and pipeline management
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and project teams for lead conversion
• Recruit, train, and retain top sales talent

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
• Should have at least 2 years of experience in Dubai in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of real estate sales cycles, CRM systems, and channel sales in Dubai.
• Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage large teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities
