Head of Sales

CorMetrix is an AI SaaS company transforming how complex medical data is analyzed and applied in healthcare and litigation.

Our platform automates medical chronologies, enables natural-language Q&A, integrates imaging, and generates defensible timelines used by law firms, insurers, medical experts, and Legal Nurse Consultants.

We are entering a growth phase and hiring a Director of Sales to scale revenue.


Position Overview

This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role responsible for revenue growth, enterprise SaaS sales, and building a scalable sales organization.

You will both  close deals and build the team.


Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Enterprise Sales

  • Close high-value SaaS deals (subscription + usage-based pricing)
  • Drive new business development across legal, insurance, and healthcare markets
  • Own pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue targets
  • Manage full sales cycle: prospecting to contract execution

Sales Leadership

  • Lead and mentor junior sales reps
  • Build sales process, playbooks, and performance metrics
  • Improve discovery, objection handling, and closing execution
  • Strengthen CRM discipline (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Partner with executive leadership on pricing and positioning
  • Refine messaging for professional services markets
  • Contribute to long-term revenue expansion strategy


Qualifications

  • 7+ years SaaS sales experience
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record closing complex, consultative enterprise SaaS deals
  • Experience selling into legal, healthcare, compliance, or regulated industries
  • Strong forecasting and CRM management skills
  • Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startup environments preferred
