Printmoz is a leading custom large format printer, specializing in banners, signs, decals, and more, operaing out of a 16k SF facility in Temecula, CA. Throughout the Company's 20 year history, Printmoz has demonstrated success with an almost entirely e-commerce / inbound focused sales model; however, under new ownership, leadership intends to establish an outbound sales team to bring on additional large accounts.
Role Description
We are seeking a Southern California based print industry veteran with significant sales experience to establish our outbound sales and account management function. The Head of Sales role will be full-time, on-site in Temecula, CA with some travel and the possibility for hybrid work from home. The Head of Sales & Account Management will define and execute Printmoz's outbound sales strategies. Key responsibilities will include establishing new client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with marketing and production teams to meet customer demands. This role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and a results-driven mindset.
