Job Summary
The HOD – Sales & Marketing (PPC – Exports) will lead the organization’s global demand generation and export sales growth through performance marketing. The role is responsible for driving qualified international leads via PPC channels, converting them into export business, managing global digital strategy, and aligning sales, marketing, and export operations to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities: PPC & Performance Marketing (Exports)
- Define and lead global PPC strategy for export markets (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, etc.)
- Manage high-budget international PPC campaigns focused on B2B exports
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality across regions
- Oversee conversion tracking, analytics, and performance dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis
Export Sales & Lead Conversion
- Build and manage export sales pipelines generated through PPC channels
- Ensure timely follow-ups, lead qualification, and conversion into export orders
- Work closely with export sales, logistics, and documentation teams
- Develop region-wise pricing, targeting, and campaign strategies
Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning
- Integrate PPC with SEO, email marketing, CRM, and remarketing strategies
- Strengthen international brand visibility and digital presence
- Analyze competitor strategies and global market trends
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor PPC, digital marketing, and export sales teams
- Define KPIs, performance metrics, and incentive structures
- Manage agency partners and external vendors (if applicable)
Budgeting, Reporting & Strategy
- Own PPC and digital marketing budgets for export markets
- Present performance reports, forecasts, and growth plans to management
- Drive scalable, data-driven growth strategies
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing with strong PPC expertise
- Proven success in international / export-focused lead generation
- Experience handling high-value B2B campaigns and global markets
