Responsibilities
The Associate Vice President-B2B Business will be responsible for:

Leading the B2B sales strategy for Airport services, driving revenue growth and market expansion

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Airport services sector

Identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic digital partnerships to enhance service offerings

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients

Developing and executing comprehensive account plans to meet and exceed sales targets

Providing strategic guidance and insights to the executive team on market trends and competitive activities

Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics to optimize business outcomes and drive continuous improvement

Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and collective goals
Qualifications

MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience

Minimum 15-18 years of experience in B2B sales and account management

Proven track record of success in driving business growth and fostering long-term client relationships

Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals
Certification Required

Professional certifications in Sales and Account Management are preferred.
