Head of Sales Department (Russian speaker)

Interior design and construction company "Ivan Ogienko Company" in Dubai is looking for a Head of Sales Department (Russian speaker).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing the sales department (starting with 2 managers, with prospects for expansion)
· Personal involvement in sales: working with key clients, negotiations, and presentations
· Control of sales plan implementation
· Training and developing the team
· Developing partnership relations (with realtors, developers, construction companies).
· Implementing and managing the CRM system.
· Market analysis and identifying new opportunities for the company's growth.
· Collaborating with the marketing department for lead generation.

WE VALUE:
· 2+ years of experience in sales management.
· Mentoring and coaching skills.
· Strategic thinking and a desire to break records and achieve ambitious goals.
· Fluent English and Russian (Arabic will be an advantage).
